Reassurance: For a Lowly Heart

<p class="has-drop-cap" value="<amp-fit-text layout="fixed-height" min-font-size="6" max-font-size="72" height="80">God reassures me that He sees my heart. God reassures me that He sees my heart.

He sees the desires therein.

How much pain it has endured. How uncomfortable it gets when it gets in situations similar to its rather dark past. How lively and exuberant it becomes on interacting with something or someone that sparks joy in it. How at peace & tranquil it goes when it is content with what it needs rather than what it wants.

God sees my heart & acknowledges that it pumps in anticipation… anticipation of more joy and less disappointment. More contentment and less wandering. More adventure and less boredom. And that I can trust that He understands it for He once bore a heart of flesh within Himself. He felt what it was like to have all of what we have.

Good and bad

Tearfully bringing sadness and bringing overwhelming joy.

He totally relates to a pumping heart… and all the complexities that come with bearing one. So, rest assured that God has you in mind and at heart. He loves you. He knows your heart & all the needs and desires it expresses. He knows your ambitions and goals… and He knows best.

God is in the working business. Trust His works upon your life. Trust His timing. Trust Him

Shalom (Peace be with you!)

Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? And not one of them will fall to the ground apart from your Father. But even the hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not, therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows.

Matthew 10:29‭-‬31 (ESV)

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.

Proverbs 3:5‭-‬6 ESV

For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who in every respect has been tempted as we are, yet without sin.

Hebrews 4:15 (ESV)
